How To Prepare for an Interstaff Interview

The interview stage is a very important part of the process. Interstaff looks for a great character in addition to your skillset. We’ve gathered a few tips to help you prepare for the interview:

Tip #1 – Make sure that your nursing license is active. Nurses without an active license will not be considered. If you apply to work with Interstaff and your nursing license is expired, your profile will be placed on hold until we receive the updated copy.

Tip #2 – Update your resume/CV to the proper format provided to you in the welcome email we send. Resumes with improper formats will not be considered and your candidacy will be withdrawn.

Tip #3 – Make sure you’re in a place with a strong internet connection. The interview will be held on Skype so a good connection is needed to speak and be heard clearly.

Tip #4 – Be personable! In terms of character, we look for someone who’s polite, energetic, and professional.

Tip #5 – Know how to answer questions concisely. The interview will be an in-depth look into your current position, your skillset, and your previous work experience. So it’s important for nurses to be able to confidently speak about their skills and experience.

Good luck and we look forward to speaking with you during your interview. If you haven’t applied yet, click here to do so.
