We assign a Processing Officer (PO) to nurses once they start our program. Your PO will help you complete the EB-3 Visa process from start to finish.
We offer a free, three-month NCLEX review to help nurses pass the exam. Interstaff nurses currently have an 81% first-time pass rate with the NCLEX. Unlike other agencies, we don’t terminate contracts if a nurse doesn’t pass the exam on the first try. We try again! We also provide a travel reimbursement to nurses once they return from taking the NCLEX.
Interstaff covers all of your Visa and Green Card fees. We will also manage your family’s immigration process. Your spouse and any children under 21 may deploy alongside you to the U.S., and they’ll also have U.S. permanent residency.
Upon arrival in the US, nurses receive a large relocation payment, and we cover your first month’s rent. We place all nurses in a US hospital where they gain first-hand experience.
