Registered Nurses may relocate to the U.S. with their spouse and any unmarried children under 21. Interstaff will pay the nurses’ Visa-related fees, and the nurse will pay for their dependent’s fees. The total cost per dependent is $565 USD. The first cost is the NVC processing fee ($345 USD) to process the visa application. The second fee ($220 USD) is for the actual green card. These fees are due at the I-140 stage, approximately 20 months into the process. Lastly, Interstaff’s Processing Officers will guide each nurse through their process.
Equally important, Interstaff recently implemented a new incentive regarding dependent fees. If a nurse pays for the CES Report fee ($365) within 30 days, they’ll receive a $345 credit/payment towards their dependent fees. So instead of paying $565 for one dependent, you’ll pay $220.
