TN Visa Program for
Mexican Residents

Interstaff’s TN Visa program helps Mexican General Nurses pass the NCLEX to become Registered Nurses in the U.S. including:

 

  • Visa sponsorships for you and your family
  • Covering licensing fees
  • Placement in the top U.S. hospitals with competitive pay
  • Yearly bonuses and the possibility of Green Card sponsorship

 

Any interested candidate must be a General Nurse currently working in a hospital, with two years of bedside experience and strong English-speaking skills.

Step 1

Day 1: Interview & Return Contract

Once your contract is received, we’ll collect the documents that need to be submitted for the State Board application. State Board approval is needed in order to take the NCLEX.

Step 2

Day 60: State Board Approved

After your State Board application is approved, you can start studying for the NCLEX. We offer nurses a free, three-month review via Uworld to help prepare for the exam.

Step 3

Day 180: NCLEX Passed

After your 3-month review, you will be recommended to take the NCLEX. You will take the exam at a nearby testing center.

Step 4

Day 270: IELTS Passed

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a requirement for all non-native English speakers who wish to study and/or work in the U.S. Most nurses take 2-3 months to prepare for and take the IELTS test. We provide a free review to help prepare for the exam.

Step 5

Day 360: Visa Screen Certificate Received

Once you pass the NCLEX and IELTS, these are submitted to CGFNS who then retrieves your transcripts directly from your school.

Step 6

Day 390: TN Visa Issued

With the Visa Screen Certificate, Offer Letter from the hospital, and your Interstaff Contract in hand, you arrive at the Embassy appointment where your TN visa is issued.

Step 7

2nd Year: Green Card Process Starts

Once you enter your second year of employment at your hospital, Interstaff will begin your green card process.
Once the pandemic subsides, this process should be compressed to 6-9 months in total.
