Preparing for Your Interstaff Interview

The interview is the final step of the application process. Applicants will speak to one of the nurses on our Clinical Team. It’s important to know what we look for so we listed some pointers to help you prepare for your interview.

  • Timeliness – It is very important that you are ready to interview at your scheduled time. Our interview schedule is very full so we want to respect everyone’s time.
  • Strong Network & Quiet Area – If possible, please try to make sure that you have a strong network connection and you’re in a quiet area (away from others) during your interview so we can hear you clearly.
  • Skills & Confidence – The interview is an in-depth look into your experience. Nurses are expected to confidently answer questions regarding their experience, skills, and employment history.
  • Personability – We look for nurses with a positive attitude and a willingness to work.

Don’t forget to smile and relax! We wish you the best of luck with your interview.
