New Year’s Resolutions

 

The new year is a time of reflection and new beginnings. We take the initiative to focus on what habits we’d like to break and which habits we’d like to introduce. Or, if things are going perfectly fine in our lives, we focus on how we can keep life going smoothly for as long as possible.

Although there are thousands of new year resolutions people can adopt, there are some that are pretty common among the majority. Below are the most common across America:

  • Begin exercising/get in shape
  • Diet to lose weight
  • Save money
  • Learn a new skill or hobby
  • Focus on self-care

And even though only 36% stay true to their resolutions for at least a month, it’s still motivational to create them! What resolutions do you plan on implementing for 2020?
