Interstaff's Community Programs

We are Stronger Together!

Our Community Programs are specifically designed for our nurses who work in the US. The goal is to remain connected with other Interstaff nurses and grow professionally. Learn more about our programs below.

Alumni Program

Alumni Program

Nurses can remain connected with Interstaff beyond their employment agreement. We hope continued engagement beyond their completed term will help establish a long-term community for all our nurses.

First Nurse Program

We strive to go above and beyond to serve nurses who are the “first Interstaff nurse” at a hospital in order to give them a consistent relocation experience and support system.

Mentorship Program

Mentors provide guidance to nurses who may be experiencing challenges in their adjustment to their job or life in the US. The program aims to connect Mentees with experienced Mentors who can offer insights related to nursing in the US.
