As an international provider of healthcare staffing solutions, InterStaff understands the difficulties that our client facilities face in their efforts to stay properly staffed through sole use of domestic recruitment. As a result of 20 years of international recruitment and the establishment of many educational, governmental and business relationships, InterStaff is in a position to assist you with your staffing solutions.

We are able to assist you in one of the following two ways:

• Long Term Contract
• Direct Hire

Long Term Contract:

What We Offer:

• Experienced Nurses - Various specialties
• Cost Effective - All inclusive hourly rates competitive with current salaried nurses.
• Long term solutions - 1-2 Year contracts.

How It Works:

• InterStaff, Inc. maintains a year round international recruiting effort, primarily in the Philippines and New Zealand.
• Nurses arrive in 8-10 months with an InterStaff, Inc. sponsored green card.
• Nurses arrive in the states ready to work as an R.N., as they have already passed the NCLEX and hold an unrestricted state R.N. license.
• Nurses have a two year agreement with InterStaff, Inc.
• Nurses receive payroll and benefits from InterStaff, Inc.
• Nurses will follow the policies and procedures of the client facility as the nurse becomes a seamlessly integrated addition to the existing staff.

Direct Hires:

The process is the same for providing direct hires as it is for long term contract nurses with a few exceptions:

• One time fee per nurse hired
• Client is involved in the immigration process as nurse arrives as employee of client
• Nurse receives payroll and benefits from client

Before any resumés are presented to clients, all candidates have been pre-screened, tested and passed an in-depth interview. This allows us to present only the candidates that match the job requirements. This is all part of the service that clients receive and have come to expect when working with InterStaff.
